It is necessary for the Committee for Safety and Health at Work to be formed in economic entities with more than 50 employees, as well as the obligatory introduction of the Coordinator for Safety and Health at Work, who would be appointed by the representative social partners. |

The Social and Economic Council of the Republic of Serbia continues to insist on a controlled increase in the price of electricity for the economy. It is necessary for all economic entities to be equal, so that those who have already signed new contracts on electricity supply have the same treatment as those who will sign contracts after the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopts a position on controlled increase in electricity prices. |

The debate on the movement of the minimum wage due to large increases in the market and rising living costs of citizens in the Republic of Serbia was postponed to the next session after obtaining the latest data on the amount of the minimum consumer basket. |
|
|
|
It was proposed to the Ministry of Finance to organize a meeting with representative unions as soon as possible, at which the effects of increasing the minimum wage on employees in public utility companies would be discussed. |
|
|
|
It was recommended to the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Policy and the Ministry of Finance to consider the possibility of increasing the subsidy to social partners determined by the Law on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2022. |

It was recommended to the Ministry of Culture and Information to hold a meeting with representative unions participating in the conclusion of the Special Collective Agreement for Cultural Institutions founded by the Republic of Serbia, the Autonomous Province and local self-government units and to conclude the new Special Collective Agreement as soon as possible. |

Decision on distribution of funds determined by the Law on Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2021 to social partners for capacity building for their participation in social dialogue at the local, sectoral and national level was adopted. |

Conclusion of the Local Social and Economic Council of Novi Sad on accepting the initiative of the Union of Employers of Vojvodina to amend: the Law on Financial Support to Families with Children, the Law on Contributions for Compulsory Social Insurance and the Law on Health Insurance sent to the Provincial Social and Economic Council for consideration. |

It was agreed that by the next meeting of the Council, representatives of branch unions from the manufacturing sector and relevant bodies of the Union of Employers of Serbia will hold a meeting and find solutions that would enable the conclusion of Special Collective Agreements in the manufacturing sector. |

The Council is familiar with the conclusion of the Local Social and Economic Council of the city of Pirot regarding the negotiations for determining the minimum wage for 2021. |

A discussion was held on the request of the trade union of public institutions from the territory of Kikinda to improve the material and social position of employees in the public sector. Public institutions are instructed to address such a request to the Ministry of Economy as the competent ministry. |
|
|
|
The Council agreed that representatives of the social partners participate in the work of the international team for monitoring the elections in the Russian Federation in September 2021: Zoran Mihajlovic from the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Serbia, Srdjan Drobnjakovic from the Union of Employers of Serbia and Dusan Petrovic, Secretary of the Social and Economic Council of the Republic of Serbia. |

The Council gave its consent for the organization of an expert meeting of the Permanent Working Bodies with the obligation of redefining the topics of panel discussions. |
