The Secretariat carries out organizational, administrative and technical activities for the Social and Economic Council. The Secretariat is headed by the Council Secretary, who is responsible for its work.
Under the Law on the Social and Economic Council, the Council appoints the Secretary to a four-year term of office.
The current Secretary is Graduated Political Scientist, Čedanka Andrić, appointed under the September 5, 2008 decision of the Social and Economic Council of the Republic of Serbia.
